Una Vita Sana AS tilbyr digitale kurs og informasjonsmateriell om plantebasert ernæring.
2. Priser
Alle priser er oppgitt i norske kroner (NOK). Kurs og digitalt undervisningsmateriell er unntatt merverdiavgift.
3. Betaling
Vi aksepterer betaling via Vipps og kortbetaling. Betaling skjer ved kjøpstidspunktet.
4. Digitale produkter – leveranse
Digitale produkter (kurs, PDF-er, videoer) leveres umiddelbart etter betaling via e-post eller direkte tilgang på nettstedet.
5. Angrerett
I henhold til angrerettloven har du 14 dagers angrerett. For digitalt innhold som er levert og åpnet, bortfaller angreretten når du har bekreftet at du aksepterer at angreretten opphører ved påbegynt levering.
6. Reklamasjon
Ved feil eller mangler, ta kontakt på lonneke@unavitasana.no innen rimelig tid. Vi løser problemet eller gir tilbakebetaling etter en konkret vurdering.

9. Vilkår for kjøp av kurset «Let’s Beat Breast Cancer»
Ved kjøp av dette kurset bekrefter du at du ikke er under aktiv kreftbehandling (cellegift eller stråling) nå. Vedlikeholdsbehandling som hormonterapi (for eksempe tamoxifen eller Lucrin) er greit.l
Øktene tas ikke opp. Går du glipp av en live økt, får du likevel alt skriftlig materiale og alle oppskrifter i etterkant, men ikke opptak av selve undervisningen.
Ved kjøp av dette kurset godtar du også følgende ansvarsfraskrivelse (waiver) fra Physicians Committee for Responsible Medicine sitt Food for Life-program. Originalteksten er på engelsk:
